"Suppose you walk into a room that is dark. You look for the light switch and, when you find it, you simply switch it on and there is light. You expect it to come on and it does. You don’t stand and say, "Oh, it’s amazing! It’s a miracle! The light came on!" If the light does not come on, you don’t say, "Well it must not be the light’s will to shine tonight." You know it must shine. If it doesn’t, then it is because something is wrong in the circuit. So you check the light bulb. If everything is all right there, then you might check the fuse or circuit breaker because you know that if everything is right in the circuit then it must work.

I believe that we must approach the Word of God the same way. You see, we must first seek to know and understand the Kingdom of God, how it works and how the different parts of the Kingdom relate to each other. Then we will be able to understand what is wrong. We will know how to make things right when they don’t work as we know they should."
